1. Services Provided

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Access to private Discord communities
• Educational content and digital guides
• Personalized assistance and community support
• Member-exclusive tools and resources

Services are delivered digitally and may be offered on a recurring subscription or one-time purchase basis, depending on the plan chosen.

2. Pricing and Billing

Subscription Plans

LEKLAN operates on a subscription model:

• Monthly Subscription: 37€ per month
• Free Trial: Available for new users (if applicable)

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Access continues until the end of the paid period

2.1. External Purchase Disclosure

If you subscribe to LEKLAN through the mobile app, please note:

• Payments are processed by Stripe (not Apple In-App Purchase)
• You will be directed to our website (leklan.io) to complete payment
• Subscriptions are managed through our website billing portal
• Apple does not process or handle these transactions

This complies with Apple App Store guidelines for external link accounts.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital access and downloadable content, all sales are considered final once access has been granted.

An exception may apply for new members under our introductory satisfaction policy. Refunds are considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

• A minimum amount of €200 was invested in listed opportunities within the first 30 days.
• At least 10 genuine interactions were made inside the member platform.
• No significant outcome or benefit was obtained from the content.

All refund requests must be submitted within 35 days of purchase through our dedicated support system. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

4. Access & Usage Rules

• Subscriptions grant access to one individual only. Sharing, sublicensing, or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
• All resources are for personal use. Redistribution or public sharing of any material is not permitted.
• Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform features are the exclusive property of KRAVEGROUP LLC or its partners. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without explicit written consent.

5.1. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create in LEKLAN, including:

• Inventory articles
• Transaction records
• Uploaded photos
• Sales analytics

Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except for anonymized statistical data required for service improvement.

6. Terms Modification

KRAVEGROUP LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
